Dynamic Components Workshop

Currently in the process of certification of minor repairs to Main Rotor Hub, Cyclic Plate, Fan, Tail Reducer (Box 90), Intermediate Box (Box 45), and Tail Rotor Shaft, applicable to the aircraft model MI-8, Mi-8MTV-1, MI-8AMT, MI-171 and its modifications.
Galvanostegia Workshop
It has the ability to process coatings such as Cadmium, Phosphate, Anodizing, Cobreado, Zincado, Oxide Phosphate, Magnesium Oxide and VAP-3. It has a chemical laboratory where the solutions of the different coatings are processed and tests are carried out to guarantee their quality.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDP) Laboratory
Non-Destructive Testing – PND of the parts and pieces of the aircraft and its components. It has the ability to perform the methods of Magnetic Particles (MV), Strong Circulating Currents (EC), Penetrating Liquids (PT), Ultrasound (UL) based on the approved standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials – ASTM. , these inspections can be performed inside and outside our organization with portable equipment.
Metrology Laboratory
Micrometric measurement processes according to standards to the parts and parts of the aircraft and its components with calibrated and certified equipment.
Avionics Laboratory
Implemented with equipment and banks of Russian and American origin, used to perform tests and calibrations on the avionics components and systems of the aircraft (Electricity, Instruments and Radio Communication). The laboratory has the ability to attend inspections within themain base of our organization, as well as outside it with fixed and portable benches.
